Planning Your Training Session

Preparation of fitness training session is integral to their effectiveness

Each session needs to planned in advance it should include

  • Frequency of the Sets or Reps
  • Intensity of the session or intervals
  • Individually planned for yourself not generic plans
  • Time of the day, length of the session, Length of the intervals and rest

    What do you think of a training plan where every training session has been though out well in advance? You then spend 1mn or so to tweak it if necessary when you are about to train, depending on weather, current fitness or time available
